Manager, Digital Performance Marketing

Job Description Summary:
As a Digital Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with the aim of increasing customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will work closely with the marketing team, product team, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Digital Operations senior management in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as paid search, social media, display advertising, lead generation, and email marketing.
Analyze data and identify trends to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, creative team, and analytics team, to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall business objectives.
Assist in managing and leading a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them meet their goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials that align with the overall brand messaging and campaign objectives.
Assist in reporting on campaign performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
At least 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
