Accounts Payable Clerk Columbia, SC (Onsite) 12Month Contract Temp Only position 1 year, potential to extend. Role will focus on collections. Work onsite in Columbia, SC. Schedule: Monday Thursday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM. Responsibilities / Skills: Billing tasks using pivot tables and data sheets Approximately 30% of billing is processed through SAP, 20% of payments Experience handling billing spreadsheets (Excel) Preparing and managing collection reports Working with copies of invoices Credit memos and payment follow-up Follow up with suppliers as needed Collections help for PA, Client, NH, MI, WV, NC They will provide an explanation on how to run collections reports Able to receive difficult feedback from clients Requirements: Ideally 4 5 years of Accounts Payable experience AP/processing/excel experience Strong experience with Excel pivot tables Accounting/business administration degree OR strong accounting experience Detail-oriented, persistent, good follow-through Comfortable speaking on the phone Able to work independently Open to someone with experience outside of SAP system, able to catch on quickly Work Schedule: Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
