Position Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Clerk: The Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure accurate and timely vendor setup and processing of accounts payable The Accounts Payable Clerk will enter accounts payable data, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare checks for approval and payment Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to support the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements The Accounts Payable Clerk will analyze, reconcile, and balance the general ledger Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for accounting records Work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure completion of all accounting-related tasks Education and Experience Requirements of Accounts Payable Clerk: Associate degree in Accounting or a related field preferred Full-cycle, high-volume accounts payable experience is a strong asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, vendors, and employees Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting tasks on short notice Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail This position is 100% onsite. The salary range is $52,000 to $57,000 DOE.
