As an Admissions Director, you will:

•Be responsible for educating, problem solving, and building relationships with referral sources

•Network, advertise, and develop targets for active and future referral sources

•Conduct market research and use a variety of lead generating techniques to identify new leads within your market

•Make product recommendations depending on customer/market need

•Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

•Work with marketing in delivering messaging that promotes company products, services, and tools

•Coordinate education for community and referral sources regarding services offered

•Maintain census development by tracking status of occupancy and targeting census mix

Qualifications for an Admissions Director:

•Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred) or three years' experience in sales/marketing, healthcare, or related field
