Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Manage an efficient scheduling calendar.
  • Convert leads by educating and guiding potential customers, current customers, and partners to do business with us.
  • Be engaged, educated, and active on lead channels (ex: Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, Nextdoor, Google) and participate in other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Organize, schedule, and ensure coverage for all jobs.
  • Communicate unique job details and changes to the technicians.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Respond to reviews.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain ongoing Contractor Relationships
  • Collect outstanding revenue.
  • Process crew hours.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
