If you're passionate about real estate, experienced in crafting engaging social media content, and have a flair for podcast production, we invite you to be a key player in our journey As a Social Media Manager and Podcast Producer at Oasis Home Buyers, you will be a pivotal player in our marketing operations, responsible for capturing and showcasing our story across all social media channels. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our podcasting efforts, creating engaging content that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience. Responsibilities: • Oversee all social media channels and track performance of accounts • Work with leadership and the team to understand the story Oasis desires our social platforms to tell, and work to cultivate content that brands and develops that story • Manage content editors • Develop and implement a social media content calendar across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) • Utilize measurement tools to provide progress reports, mine insights, and consistently improve metrics through testing and new initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and amplify campaigns, incorporating company messages and partnerships • Engage with the audience and customers on social media platforms • Ensure online efforts and messaging align with the target audience’s values, overall story, and voice Podcast Production Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and produce podcast episodes that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for guest interviews, content creation, and episode promotion • Manage podcast content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent releases • Utilize analytics tools to track podcast performance and optimize content based on listener feedback Qualifications: Requirements: • Four or more years of experience in organizing and executing successful social media campaigns • Proven success in growing social media presence on multiple platforms, leading to increased followers and audience engagement • Understanding of social media KPIs • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop at an intermediate level • Strong writing, organizational, project management, and time management skills • Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively, work in teams, and build positive relationships across multiple stakeholders • Portfolio showcasing writing/caption samples Preferred Qualifications: • 4+ years of professional experience in social media, brand/personality management • Passion for real estate • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) • Ability to recognize good design and maintain a consistent aesthetic • Excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills About Company: At Oasis Home Buyers, we specialize in providing real estate solutions in Columbus, Ohio.
