A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR) / DISPATCHER
As one of our Customer Service Reps / Dispatchers, you begin each day arriving on time and looking forward to a new day You are honest and genuine, and anxiously anticipate the opportunity to be helpful to customers and fellow team members. You pride yourself on being level-headed and cool even when the pressure of busyness can weigh heavy. You are efficient in dispatching schedules that support our field team's schedule and mileage, and you provide attentive customer care to everyone who needs your help. You know that as a customer, you want to know what is going on at all times, so you make it your goal to ensure every client feels listened to, and "in the know"
Administrative tasks come easily to you, and you are comfortable and productive when pulling permits, scheduling inspections, completing rebate paperwork and equipment registration. You believe in following up with all of our customers, so you accurately prepare follow-up packets to help us stay in touch You have a servant's heart, so it is easy to provide care and support to our customers and your teammates
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience
- Call Center Experience with great telephone and service skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual ability a plus
- Any home service dispatch or call center experience is a bonus
- Helpful software experience and skills - data entry, computer literacy, and Excel knowledge

WORK SCHEDULE
Our CSRs work a full-time schedule that is Tuesday - Saturday with the following hours: Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4, Friday 10-7, and Saturday 3-10. Sunday - Thursday is available as well and one weekend shift is required.
