  • 8+ years of Professional IT experience is required.
  • 7+ years of intensive experience in Analysis, Design, Implementation and Support of complex BI Solutions.
  • 7+ years of experience with business intelligence analytics, reporting, and data visualization using IBM Cognos Analytics.
  • 7+ years previous experience in data warehouse tools, technologies, principles, data modeling, and best practices.
  • Expert level of understanding of relational database, dimensional database concepts, BI models, database architecture and design.
  • Interface with Data Integration Engineers and business users to understand business context and insights being pursued to deliver complete BI solutions
  • Perform problem analysis, resolution, and root cause documentation.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports and BI solutions
  • Must be highly motivated, a quick learner, to work independently or on a team and drive results/solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Passionate about solving business challenges; innovative, creative and an outside-the-box mindset.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of reports, dashboards and data products including gathering requirements, working with data engineers and report developers to implement, verifying quality and driving user acceptance testing and adoption
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work well within and outside the team.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
