Description

The Hilton DFW Lakes is looking for food and beverage Servers to join our hotel Sports Bar and Restaurant, Bonnie and Clyde's

The Bonnie and Clyde's Server will set up assigned tables, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment. Break down tables and clean up after events. Able to work in a fast paced high volume environment.

Essential Requirements:
  • Understand guests' service needs.
  • Perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers as a part of a team.
  • Strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, off premise liquor consumption.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.
  • Check cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas; rectify any deficiencies.
  • Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Lift and carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Serve food and beverages orders
  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Handle guest complaints.
  • Complete closing side duties.
  • Assist on other functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year related experience in a full service hotel or high volume bar/restaurant
  • Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • TABC, Food Handlers Certificate.
