. Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority) Ensure efficient and accurate claims transactions while maintaining a balanced workload. Develop relations with the various departments for continued communication and support to resolve claims in a timely manner. Participate in positive, productive conversations when disputes arise within the department and provided an analysis of the situation to the Supervisor. To respond to questions/concerns to meet business needs. To document and maintain systems and procedures. Suggest claims processing workflow improvements with approval from the Supervisor. Participate in implementations of new ERP systems, upgrades, and new acquisitions Participate in required projects and ability produce ad-hoc reports as requested. Training for new and existing team members All other duties as assigned Competencies; Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA) To perform this role successfully, an individual must have experience achieving desired result(s) in their areas of responsibility. Skills with Microsoft Office programs including advanced Excel with the aptitude to quickly learn and understand additional applications. Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree

Experience:

Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience required. 1 year of experience within any Ravago America’s Channel preferred

Language:

Proficiency in English required Bi-Lingual – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
