About Us: Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions, part of the TFI Family of Companies, is dedicated to strengthening families and improving the lives of children. We are looking for a full-time Intake and Placement Specialist I to join our compassionate and mission-driven team.
A Day in The Life: As an Intake and Placement Specialist I, you will locate safe and appropriate placements for youth referred by state and partner agencies. You'll authorize services for these youth, promote their well-being, and coordinate with other agencies to ensure comprehensive care. You'll be at the forefront of building stronger, healthier families.
What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals eager to help families in crisis.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
- A strong desire to advocate for children and support their growth and development.
- Flexible scheduling and remote work options.
- 20 days of personal leave in your first year, increasing to 25 days after one year.
- 12 paid holidays.
