Forest River, Inc., the Nation's largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

Responsibilities:
  • Initial front-line support & Service Desk Tickets - for assigned Location(s).
  • Setup & configuration of new Personal computers (Load base "Image" + Local setup)
  • Installation of any special software requiring Admin Access (e.g., Adobe, AutoCAD, UPS, etc....)
  • Setup and configuration of new/existing Printers, and adjustment of Print server settings.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of Active Directory accounts.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of Exchange mailboxes.
  • Collection and disposal of decommissioned equipment.
  • Installation and support of local Networking gear - Switches, Firewalls, etc....
  • Work with VP of IT and Security & System Administrators on special IT projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in C.S. (or related advanced education) - Preferred
  • Must be able to work with end-users in an office environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Operating systems (such as Windows10, Windows 11, etc....) - Required.
  • Basic understanding of MS Networking and Active Directory - Required
  • Knowledge of Citrix Terminal server, beneficial but not required.
  • Additional MS Certifications are beneficial, but not required.
  • Dependable transportation (business related mileage paid)
  • Smartphone for Dept. Communications - (Required and paid)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
