The Financial Analyst is responsible for month end close for the Jacksonville entities with the team. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will help with Oxford, Elizabeth Arden, and Puerto Rico closing entries as needed. Main Responsibilities: Month-End Close:

Perform closing journal entries, communications, SOX controls, and other tasks as needed each month. Reconciliations:

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of assigned account reconciliations. Audits:

Work with both internal and external auditors to provide data as requested and explain processes. Forecasting & Budgeting:

Assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting. Review variances to budget/latest forecast and recommend forecast updates accordingly. Management Reporting:

Prepare monthly reports for management. Special Projects:

Perform special projects as assigned. Ad-hoc reports:

Create ad-hoc reports as needed. Requirements: 2 years minimum accounting/finance experience Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Strong analytical reasoning, accounting, and reporting skills to independently build models and formulate conclusions Skilled in use of Office software especially Excel Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization Flexible and able to adjust communication style based upon different audiences Organized, accountable, self-motivated, and must demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail Experience with SAP is plus #LI-PD1
