As the company's Human Resources leader you will develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's human resource department. Responsibilities include,

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate the human resource programs by overseeing talent and performance, training initiatives, benefits, compensation, occupational health and safety, disputes and investigations.
  • Maintain the organization's policies and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the human resource information system.
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and strategies related to staffing, recruiting, retention and department budget.
  • Manage the company's benefits programs.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management.
  • 7+ years' of professional Human Resources experience.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.

Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening.
