Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES Participating in scoping project requirements and deliverables with client Guiding customers through project to best suit their needs Responsible for scoping project requirements and deliverables with client Pinpointing project elements that are out of scope of established requirements Architecting interfaces, platform automation and data delivered by a team of consultants Design technical architecture solutioning at an enterprise level. Lead and Coordinate with team of consultants to deliver a cohesive solution Creating documentation and reporting based on specific customer needs Managing quality of service throughout project and upon completion Communicating issues and risks to appropriate team members Multitasking on more than one project when necessary ServiceNow configuration like

Configuring Application UI, Customizing workflow configuration etc.. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED Experience 8+ years’ experience of ServiceNow solution implementation. Must have at least 3-4 Project on ITSM Service Implementations experience. Must have hands on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integration using the OOD Service Integration capability. Experience on ServiceNow ITOM Implementation including Discovery, Event and Service Mapping Projects. Experience leading implementations with the ServiceNow platform Strong familiarity with

JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, Developing complex solution via Business Rules Access Control Rules Script Includes, Script Action, Client Scripts UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Macros and UI Policy Data Policy and data management Import Sets/Transform Maps Web Services Glide Record, Glide AJAX, Workflows and Workflow designers JSON, Encryptions Plugin, SSO

Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile Working knowledge of SIM and SAIF practices Active working knowledge of Web Services Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, and SSL components Ability to clearly communicate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent testing and debugging skills Strong history of problem solving Working knowledge of common ServiceNow applications and ecosystem Working knowledge of Web Services and other integrations Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
