Job Summary: Serve as the HQDA G-2 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Task Force (TF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DoD innovation and modernization responsible for providing coordination, collaboration, and advice to enhance partnerships across DoD organizations. Provide assessments of current sensor capabilities to validate major sensing challenges and gaps, coordinate and oversee requirements for the modernization of the AISE focused on targeted investments in the advancing deep sensing technologies and exploring disruptive technologies to “Fight Tonight”. Perform other duties as required to build the most responsive and lethal Intelligence and Security Enterprise in the world. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, or related disciplines. 10+ years of experience in DoD innovation and modernization efforts, with a focus on intelligence systems. Proven experience in managing non-traditional modernization projects within the DoD environment. Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, funding mechanisms, and contracting. Extensive knowledge of current sensor capabilities and emerging sensing technologies. Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis to inform funding and technology partnerships. Experience working with Army Futures Command, Rapid Defense Experimentation Reserve (RDER), Accelerate the Procurement and Fielding of Innovative Technologies (APFIT), Office of Strategic Capital, and Joint Capability Technology Demonstration (JCTDs), and other DoD innovation and modernization organizations. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings. Proven ability to work with executive-level leadership and drive strategic discussions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholders and organizations. Responsibilities : Conduct research and provide analysis to extend funding and technology partnerships across the Army, Secretariat, Joint Staff, OSD, and IC. Manage non-traditional modernization efforts in support of the Army Intelligence Security Enterprise (AISE). Responsible for integrating, synchronizing, and coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders and teammates outside of the HQDA G2 including Army Futures Command, RDER, APFIT, Office of Strategic Capital, and JCTDs. Constantly assess current sensor capabilities to validate major sensing challenges and gaps, coordinate and oversee requirements for the modernization of the AISE. Quickly assimilate vast amounts of data and produce written and oral products and assessments informed by doctrine and policy to increase situational understanding and enhance decision making of Senior leaders. Drive discussions with executive-level leadership and lead the modernization of Army Multidomain Intelligence. Work collaboratively across the enterprise to ensure success of all branches within the ISR TF. Additional Requirements: Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Willingness to travel as needed. Must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.
