Salary Range: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour.

SUMMARY
The Supervisor of Order Management is responsible for the processes and systems related to servicing customers and support of the sales staff and exercising independent judgement and recommendations in resolving order management issues and escalations.

This position also exercises and supports the delivery of administrative and operational assistance designed to promote revenue growth, productivity, and exceptional levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
May supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity.
Oversee all aspects of order processing, including order entry, order validation, invoicing, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to order processing and customer data privacy.
Collaborate with Planning, Program, Sales, and Operations teams to address order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, or expedited requests.
Develop and implement SOPs for order processing functions to streamline and improve efficiencies.
Research and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Resolve customer inquiries or complaints related to order processing, work closely with our Quality and Operations teams to provide prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Timely execution of return authorization for Stock balance or Defective Customer returns.
Prepare open order reports for as requested by customers.
Prepare internal or external ad hoc reports as needed.
Monitor and manage open orders ensuring customer delivery expectations are achieved.
Provide excellent service to internal/external customers.
Provide backup support or additional duties as required.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position may supervise employees of the department.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in a professional office environment.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is a sedentary role; however, some light lifting may be required.

This would require the ability to lift a 20 lb. box, open box, and bend or stand, as necessary.

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position.

Normal business days are Monday through Friday and work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00pm.

This is an on-site position.

TRAVEL
Minimal travel is expected for this position.

REQUIRED

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience in order processing or a similar role, with at least two years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online order processing a plus.
