We are seeking a Machinery Maintenance Mechanic Manager to join our team You will ensures that the facility's equipment and machines are maintained properly and working correctly. Oversees the facility's maintenance program; identifies and analyzes equipment or machinery failures and takes corrective actions. Provides technical training to management and other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage department and all repairs, installs, and adjustments in industrial machinery and extrusion process systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Prioritize repairs, maintain a reasonable supply of spare parts
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the extrusion and bagging process machinery or other related fields
  • Flexographic Printing experience a plus
  • Must have a keen understanding of the mechanical operation of converting equipment being able to troubleshoot and repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical: three phase, single phase, PLCs, AC drives
  • Purchase orders for parts to the purchasing agent.
  • Create PM Program, delegate it, and maintain history
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Must be bilingual English & Spanish
