PAS Outpatient Site Scheduling SpecialistReq #:45696 Category:Clerical / Administrative Support Status:Full-Time Shift:Day Facility:Childrens Specialized Hosp Department:Childrens Specialized Hosp Location: PAS MTN 7170, 2840 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083 Job Overview: The outpatient site scheduling specialist is a critical role at the local level in ensuring patients and families receive optimal service and timely access to care. Provides onsite scheduling, and manages waitlist for multiple disciplines at the local level. Responsible for optimizing booked rates by collaborating directly with onsite leaders and clinical staff to coordinate schedules.
