**Description**
**Primary Objective:**
The primary objective of this role is to streamline materials, resources, and curriculum across sites to effectively support standardization and improvement of program quality. The provider will complete assessments, intakes, Behavior Support Plans, crisis counseling, and collaboration with school team and family as needed. The provider will also provide back up support, crisis support, and relief coverage to Therapeutic Group Leaders and Therapists within assigned unit as well as within other units (as necessary). Additionally, assists program Manager and Supervisors, the support and implementation of evidence based models and completion of administrative tasks as assigned/requested. Assists Program Manager and Therapists with compliance across sites/units to both TFA standards regulatory standards/requirements.

**Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:**
This position requires a Bachelors degree in human services or related field from an accredited institution (Master's degree preferred). Two years of post-bachelors experience required. LSW/LPC preferred. Teaching Family Model certified practitioner and leadership experience in child-serving systems is strongly preferred.
Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications.
**Work Environment:**
