Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders to join our team. You must be able to pass a Weld Test and meet all requirements. Responsibilities include operating overhead cranes safely, adjusting weld configurations, and heating and forming metal parts using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment. You will weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions, accurately operate and read measuring devices, and assemble and weld various metal parts together. Properly position materials and parts to be welded, and be prepared to train and work in various areas of production as needed. Follow verbal and written work instructions, including reading blueprints. Maintain attention to detail and ensure a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. You will work in both team and individual settings.
Openings are available for 3rd shift (Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am, including a shift differential of $1.75) and Weekend 1st shift (Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm, working 36 hours a week and get paid for 40 hours). Pay rate will vary based on experience, $22.75 - $26.40/hour.

Work Environment

The culture requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Environment involves production welding, focusing on welding the same parts/lifts daily, which can be repetitive. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toe shoes, and a clean work shirt.
