Utilizes the systematic process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide learning experiences that enhance continued competence and professional development. The nursing process forms the foundation for decision?making and critical thinking and is integrated throughout educational activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses learning needs. Plans educational activities. Implements the planned educational activities. Evaluates educational activities. Participates in and uses evidence?based research. Participates in activities designed to improve health delivery. Provides leadership. Supports lifelong learning. Completes assigned goals. Experience Minimum Required: 3 years of work experience in a related field after degree or license obtained. Education Minimum Required: Bachelors degree. Preferred/Desired: Masters degree. Special Skills Minimum Required: Computer literacy. Preferred/Desired: ANCC Board Certification. Licensure Minimum Required: RN, BLS Instructor within 90 days of hire required.
