Job Summary:

As the Director - Cage Credit at Bally's, you will be responsible for directing the cage and count room functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Oversees the cage, satellite and count room operations.
* Ensures all departmental and company policies and procedures are followed.
* Ensures an accurate balance of cash in bankroll.
* Manages table games related activities, including markers and chip inventory.
* Responsible for training associates on proper cage/count room procedures.
* Investigates and resolves customer issues.
* Ensures staffing is adequate to provide superior guest service and maintain controls.
* Maintains ticket redemption machines.
* Display a thorough knowledge of all Title 31 and Illinois State Gaming Regulations and ensures department compliance.
* Manages the pickup and count of gaming cash in accordance with regulations.
* Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Illinois Gaming Commission regulations.
* Hires, trains and manages staff in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Bachelors' degree in accounting required.
* Five or more years casino experience in operating cage and count room departments.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to motivate staff through a teamwork approach.
* Proven leadership skills that include delegating as needed.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays.
* Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.

Physical Demands:

* Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
* Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
* Occasionally required to sit or stoop
* Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
