We are seeking a Finance Manager Temporary to join the GCP Finance and Analytics team. This role is a critical component in the corporate sourcing process, partnering with Global Commodity Managers and business stakeholders to analyze the financial impact of strategic negotiations.

In this role you will:

- Design, build, and maintain complex financial models to assess the costs and benefits of strategic sourcing decisions, identifying key factors and recommendations.

- Support reporting to highlight critical factors impacting product costs.

- Partner with Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Accounting teams to quantify the impacts of purchasing activities.

- Lead key initiatives related to cost management, reporting, and forecasting.

Hard Skills

+ 5 years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience

+ 5 years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience

+ 5 years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience

+ 5 years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience

+ 5 years of participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

+ Experience performing ad hoc analysis using advanced Excel

+ Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving

+ Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis and data interpretation of results

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 17 Weeks with the potential to extend.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Arlington, Virginia and some days remote.
