Are you a current undergraduate student looking to supplement your course load with hands-on experience in the sales field? The Business Development Fellowship role at BluShark Digital might be perfect for you BluShark Digital is looking for someone who is hungry for intellectual stimulation and out-of-the-box thinking. Whether youre looking for an opportunity to gain insight into what a consultative sales process looks like, be on the other side of an interview, or generate digital marketing proposals, this role is designed to foster a diverse set of skills and provide an introduction to digital marketing.

In this paid internship position, you would be able to learn about all areas of an agency, gaining insight into the sales, business development, operations, and seo teams. Providing direct support to our team and our clients, fellows, are an integral part of BluShark

In our hiring process, each resume will be reviewed by our recruiting team. Selected candidates will participate in a quick, 30-minute phone interview, which is a great chance to make a positive first impression. We expect you will research a little about who we are and what we do prior to your phone interview. Candidates will be further reviewed, and top applicants will be invited for an interview. The final candidates will be invited back for a shadow, offering insight into the positions day to day responsibilities.
