This position is a key member of the Delivery team and will work closely with the Lumberyard Manager and be in communication with our customers and owner employees. We work with people who live and breathe building materials, so we need someone that is ready to be the hero they need**This position has a great schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm** . **A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ORDER FULFILLMENT COORDINATOR**

As an **Order Fulfillment Coordinator**, ensure customers receive delivery orders on-time and in-full, optimize workflow and prepare drivers for next day's deliveries, communicate with sales and inventory teams when material is out of stock, backordered, or can't be found. The Order Fulfilment Coordinator will step in when and where he/she is needed to help the team whether it be optimizing workflow or getting on a forklift to pull an order. You put the "zing" in amazing. You're a customer service superhero. When you wear your HPM uniform shirt, you know it's really a cape, and safety is your superpower. You go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a great experience with us and our deliveries run smoothly.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous administrative/clerical work experience is desirable

* Requires excellent customer service skills

* Forklift certification or ability to be forklift certified

* Intermediate computer skills

* Ability to lift 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation

* Building materials knowledge is helpful, but not required
