Key Duties and Responsibilities: Assess a company or organization's network and computer system needs. Install hardware and software. Make upgrades and repairs as needed. Oversee digital security. Perform maintenance that all systems are operating. Collect and analyze data to optimize performance. Onboard users to the network. Train users on hardware and software. Troubleshoot problems with the system. Oversee local area network and wide area network. This position will require scheduled, on-call participation in a rotation program to support occasional after-hours issues, user calls, and planned outages. Manage the company infrastructure including, but not limited to, on-premise servers, cloud servers, basic networking, Active Directory/Azure AD, VMWare, etc Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system. Providing technical support when requested. Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system. Assist in the development of IT policies Operating the firewall for the organization Design, build, and maintain offsite disaster recovery solution Assist with Help Desk tickets when needed Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 3+ Years as a Systems Engineer in a Hybrid Cloud environment, required. 5+ Years in End User Support, required. Expert knowledge in Active Directory Administration and Group Policy, required. Advanced knowledge of VMware architecture and maintenance of virtualized systems, required. Clear Verbal and Written Communication skills, required. Advanced PowerShell and scripting experience, required. Enterprise level Storage Experience (Fiber Channel SAN, NAS, and Backups), preferred. Experience with WorkspaceOne for modern end user management, preferred. Networking Experience (Cisco) to include route/switch, VPN tunnels, and Meraki, preferred. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test/physical. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Desired Skills and Experience VMware, Azure, Windows Server, Meraki, PowerShell
