We are looking for an experienced and innovative Sr. Manager, Events & Brand Experience with the drive and enthusiasm to manage the execution of experiential events, and will primarily be responsible over our high-touch corporate experiences efforts but will also support our corporate meetings & exhibit programs for Freeman’s event portfolio. The environment is fast-paced, energetic, and highly collaborative. You will be tasked with building brand equity through event experiences and promoting Freeman’s culture and values. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for events and will have a proven track record of building and executing experiences and events of all sizes. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Communications, and Operations to bring activations to life and achieve organizational goals. The role will report to the VP, Events & Brand Experience. This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Dallas, TX. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Develop and execute experiential event strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring each event delivers on key messaging and brand goals. + Manage all aspects of experiential event planning and execution, including budget management, contracts, vendor relationships, logistics, room blocks, T&E and onsite coordination. + Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and implement innovate experiences that captivate audiences and drive engagement. + Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of events providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + Effectively communicate across all levels of the company with emphasis on high-touch customer service, executive presence, relationship building, and focused stakeholder alignment. + Prepare executive-level event briefs, debriefs, and financial reporting on data-driven results. + Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in experiential events, incorporating innovative approaches into event strategies. + Other duties as assigned. **Education & Experience** + Minimum 5 years Event Management experience + Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing + Proven track record for successfully planning and executing events from conception to completion. + Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. + Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. + Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) preferred. **Travel Requirements** Travel 25% to 50% **What We Offer** Freeman provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
