Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner.Maintain confidential personnel files.Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.Assist in recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new hires.Host orientation in a welcoming manner.Host and participate in community job fairs.Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and managers.Assist in employee engagement activities and monthly plete and maintain accurate and up to date records of new hires once they have onboarded.Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.Performs other duties as assigned.Apply to Levy todayLevy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
