Job Title Senior Project Manager Development Company NextEra Energy Transmission, LLC (NEET) Location Juno Beach, FL (remote within the eastern United States acceptable) Travel 10?25?% required Overview The Senior Project Manager Development will support the planning, permitting, and execution of multi?state electric transmission projects in the PJM region. The role is responsible for driving projects from siting through licensing, construction, and financial feasibility while coordinating cross?functional teams and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities Lead internal project teams and coordinate tasks with subject matter experts. Track regulatory submissions, prepare responses, and engage with elected officials and agencies. Develop and implement project strategy to meet milestones within budget. Support development of applications for regulatory and permitting approval. Provide progress reports, risk mitigation, metrics through monthly meetings and as needed. Qualifications Minimum five years of experience in linear or project development and management, engineering, procurement, construction, and/or finance. Experience in project management, controls, operations, transmission design, finance, procurement, environmental regulations, and compliance. Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize resources. Strong analytical, decision?making, and risk?quantification skills. Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting linear infrastructure development. Leadership experience and flexible, adaptive work style. Benefits Competitive salary range $126,400 $189,600 per year plus comprehensive benefits package.
