The job

For our sales and service subsidiary in North America, we are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Our office is located in Eden Prairie, MN.

Primary tasks

  • Pick, pack, and ship daily parts and instrument orders
  • Create shipping labels in 3rd party shipping system
  • Receive incoming shipments in SAP and put parts in bin locations
  • Assemble preventative maintenance kits for service engineers
  • Process daily incoming and outgoing mail for the office
  • Daily organization and cleaning of warehouse
  • Backup Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
  • Additional tasks as required or assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to easily learn new systems
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay organized and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritizing and multitasking skills

Preferred Experience

  • SAP
  • FedEx and UPS shipping systems
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce
  • Internal customer service working directly with Sales and Service teams
