Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrum master for 2 scrum teams with remote team members - multiple teams.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, Team sync meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos.
  • Update agile tracking system on Azure DevOps to provide transparency on product backlog & Sprint backlogs.
  • Help Scrum team focus on creating high value increments that meet definition of done.
  • Focus on removing impediments to the scrum teams progress.
  • Work with other scrum masters and cross functional team to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Help the scrum team to understand the needs for clear backlog.
  • Establish empirical product planning for complex environments and facilitate stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
