Desired qualifications/experience:


• 9+ years of relevant experience as scrum master

Specific Agile project delivery experience, good technical background

• Should be strong scrum master, and should have worked as developer in Data platforms in the past

• Good experience in Banking domain, Investment banking, Asset Wealth management domain is required

• Specific Agile coaching experience – experience introducing, establishing and coaching Agile framework across delivery teams.

• Agile at scale experience – managing one team of 3-5 resources

• Experience managing multiple teams via “Scrum of Scrums” model – comfortable with both the administration of this model, as well as identifying issues and working with management to resolve challenges across the teams.
