Analyzeand resolve functional and technical issues within the SAP IBPsystem.Implement break fixes for critical issues to minimize downtime andimpact on users.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance-relatedissues, ensuring optimal system responsiveness.Schedule and monitor jobswithin the SAP IBP system, ensuring smooth data processing and taskexecution.Perform system maintenance activities as required, followingestablished procedures and best practices.Conduct RCA to identify theunderlying causes of complex issues and prevent recurrence.Supportperiod-end activities by ensuring data accuracy and system stability
