WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Senior Director, Performance Marketing at Vegamour, you will be at the forefront of leading the strategy, execution, and optimization across performance marketing. You will be responsible for driving key business KPIs across diversified media channels. You must understand the key drivers of CAC and the impact of paid media across paid and organic channels. You will own the forecast for performance marketing and set channel goals accordingly. You will lead the performance marketing team, ensuring all members are aligned on and executing to the team's strategy and goals. This role reports directly to to the SVP, E-commerce

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve key KPIs for customer acquisition
  • Understand and optimize the key drivers of CAC through analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Responsible for consolidating insights and communicating impact of performance media on e-commerce business to executive and cross-functional team
  • Own forecasting channel performance and pacing, setting and adapting goals as necessary
  • Own and manage the performance marketing budget effectively
  • Build a strategic roadmap for testing within and across channels to continuously optimize performance.
  • Lead and mentor team responsible for execution of paid media
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with agency and vendor partners to ensure strategy and goals are clearly aligned
  • Collaborate closely with the e-comm (CRM/Site), creative, product, marketing, and data analytics teams to build execute campaigns effectively
  • Go-to-market planning for new product launches and promotions
  • Keep up to date on evolving media and measurement landscape
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 12+ years of experience working in paid media buying, customer acquisition/direct response marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and ROAS
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and execute them effectively but also able to lean in and be executional when required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions
  • Deep knowledge of key players in performance media landscape and how to effectively utilize these partners across media portfolio
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Target Base Salary Range $170K - $200K. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors including qualifications for the role and experience.
