Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. This role is integral to our growth strategy and requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement to actively promote our IT services and solutions. You will be at the forefront of our sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients, and strengthen ties with networking groups and Chambers of Commerce. Responsibilities

: Qualify and convert leads into successful sales. Represent the company in outside sales efforts, including client meetings and presentations. Operate as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Generate opportunities with existing customers through effective upselling techniques. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. On-site visits to client and potential locations in and around Central Florida Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration. Ensure an outstanding customer experience through all stages of the sales process. Create quotes for existing and potential clients. Establish and maintain vendor relationships for product quotes and purchase order processing. Attend networking and marketing functions through our Chamber relationships other affiliations. Keep up-to-date with the industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in our field. Requirements: Experience in sales, preferably in IT or related field. Strong understanding of sales techniques and upselling strategies. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred. Maintain a professional image, be courteous, and be customer service oriented. Working knowledge of IT security principles and best practices. Exceptional customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license and transportation.
