Additionally, you will ensure the integrity of data produced into systems and support the objectives of the Business Units and Divisions. You will ensure the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data and other financial results. Assists in overseeing daily activities of the center of excellence (COE) shared services group. Oversees and assists in the preparation and review of the Corporate accounting ledger and sub-ledger. Directs general accounting activities including prepaids, accruals and corporation allocations amongst other general ledger accounts. Assists in the development of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to accounting, financial management, and/or budget. Reviews monthly account reconciliations and workbooks prepared by senior and staff accountants. Coordinates preparation of external audit support and materials as required. Establishes system controls and develops procedures to improve systems. Assists with the maintenance of new and existing accounting systems and other related procedures and controls. Maintains mindset of continuous improvement/business process optimization in regards to processes and technology. Coordinates submissions to the Defense Contract Management & Audit Agencies, including Forward Pricing, Incurred Cost Submissions, and Disclosure Statements in accordance with CAS standards. Main contact for DCAA audits. Coordinates Management reporting – budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, departmental spending. Thrives with minimal direction. What You Bring Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration Master’s Degree preferred 7-10 years of relevant experience 4-6 years of management experience Strong oral and written communication skills, with knowledge of MS Office. Experience with OneStream financial reporting tool Experience with Infor Syteline or similar ERP Experience with Sales & Use Tax desired Experience with DCAA accounting/audits desired Compliance Statement This position may require exposure to export-controlled information and subject to additional security screening.
