Responsibilities:
* Cleans administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, break room areas, supply room
* Stocks and replenishes restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with supplies
* Collects recyclables and disposes of trash
* Sweeps and mops floors
* Vacuums and shampoos carpets
* Washes walls, windows and restroom fixtures
* Cleans hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaning
* Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
* Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a position successfully performing janitorial and/or industrial cleaning duties or a position responsible for the cleaning and/or servicing buildings is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and heavy lifting
* Ability to multi-task
* Be proactive
