- Follow-up with SIPOC partners to ensure input data (internal partners and suppliers)
- Validation and development of functions associated with PWT
- Participation in development mission tasks (hot; cold; temperate; altitude; exotic; specific Plug In)
- Calibration delivery at different milestones in accordance with the Stellantis process
- Follow-up with suppliers and partners to resolve issues within the area of expertise
- Drafting test reports and feedback at the end of each phase
- Participation in the development of the job reference (RoadMap, newcomer training )
- Calibration and/or validation activities for one or more Powertrain systems:
- Torque/Limitations: Ensure the correct representation of the torque/limitations at the level of the wheel but also of all the components of the Powertrain.
- Ensure the expected functionality at the energy level (power distribution, Plug In)
- Ensure smooth flow exchange between xCU impacting the powertrain and optimal operation of the IHM (physical or visual) associated with the PWT
- Ensure the monitoring and implementation of PWT benches in line with the project and business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science in electrical, mechanical or controls engineering
- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Ability to working in cross-functional systems.
- Experience with working on wide calibration tasks
- Experience in one of the following systems: BMS/Charging/Thermal management
- Hands-on experience with hardware or vehicle prototyping
- Experienced with Test and validation of automotive features
- Versed in calibration of features in vehicles.
Second shift. Monday through Friday 13:00 to 21:00
