This includes businessplanning, organizing, and controlling the department of nursing and patientservices. Oversees a multi-unitdepartment comprised of clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring patient careis in accordance with accepted standards. Authority and accountability fornursing practice, nursing education, and nursing activities. Maintainscollaborative relationships with other departments and provides consultationservices, as necessary.
