Description

As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on strategic sourcing strategies utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant tools.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Utilize market research and industry trends to stay ahead in recruitment practices.

Candidate Sourcing And Screening

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Talent Pipeline Building

Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Collaborate with HR and management to create a positive workplace culture.

Retention Strategies

Analyze employee turnover data and identify areas for improvement. Implement retention strategies to increase employee satisfaction and reduce attrition.

Collaboration

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field – Preferred but not required Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment. Proven expertise in using LinkedIn and other tools for talent acquisition. Strong understanding of employee engagement and retention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
