Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have swimming pool industry experience, be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and merchandising - Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet targets - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff - Conduct employee orientation and ensure ongoing training and development - Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products - Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle payroll processing and scheduling - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff - Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Qualifications:

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation - Proficiency in sales management and store operations - Swimming Pool Industry knowledge is a plus - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff - Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make data-driven decisions - Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring employees - Knowledge of retail buying processes and inventory control - Familiarity with employee scheduling software If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for retail management, we invite you to apply for the Store Manager position.
