Executive Assistant, Chief Product Officer

Executive Assistant, Chief Product Officer This in-office role provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the broader Product and Technology leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic problem solver - especially when it comes to time management for the executive and managing time with the team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, meticulous, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to the operational rhythm of the Product & Technology organization. Responsibilities include managing the CPO's calendar, coordinating meetings, screening communications, preparing agendas, arranging travel, processing expense reports, assisting in document preparation, supporting planning of team events, maintaining confidentiality, collaborating with other assistants, tracking key product achievements, automating executive support using AI, tracking open items with project management software, and conducting research. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in an executive support role, ability to work outside of normal business hours, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools, and experience using AI technologies. Additional qualifications include experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information, self-starter with good judgment and attention to detail, and passion for technology, innovation, and product development.
