Executes the sourcing and / or recruiting process for non-executive positions
Develops and maintains a network of contacts to build and grow passive candidate pipelines, cultivating relationships to establish a qualified talent pool that is readily available to meet business needs
Secures quality talent, screens and interviews applicants, and provides a shortlist of screened candidates to hiring manager
Collaborates with recruitment logistics for the post-offer process and issues relating to relocation or immigration
Auditing and posting new requisitions
Work directly with Managers to verify the appropriate need
Post, source, and screen to identify top available talent
Work with internal peers and external vendors to create and implement effective hiring campaigns
Guide and coach Hiring Managers with hiring best practices and policies
Determine salary, negotiate start dates, and make verbal contingent offer
