Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to join the team and contribute to the exciting ERP project. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather and analyze business requirements related to ERP systems integration. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and reviewing existing documentation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
Documentation and Specification : Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and documentation. You will be responsible for documenting business processes, data flows, and system interfaces to guide the development and implementation process.
Integration Strategy Development : Develop integration strategies and solutions that leverage the capabilities of Oracle, JD Edwards, Salesforce, and custom development platforms. Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through system integration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, including developers, architects, and system administrators, to ensure that integration solutions are implemented effectively and in line with business requirements. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and address concerns.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to validate integration solutions and ensure they meet functional and performance requirements. This may involve developing test cases, conducting testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.
Change Management and Training : Assist in change management activities by providing support and training to end users on new system functionalities and processes. Ensure smooth transition and adoption of integrated ERP solutions within the organization.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to ERP systems integration. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of integrated systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP systems integration projects.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, including Oracle, JD Edwards, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with custom development technologies, particularly .NET framework.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
