KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Brand Storytelling: Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and story for various products across all marketing materials and channels.

- Excellent Copywriting: Craft engaging storylines for our products, compelling headlines for banner ads, persuasive email campaigns, and more. Your words will captivate and convert diverse audiences.

- Innovation: Bring bold ideas to life. Be willing to experiment, adapt quickly to changes and continuously seek out new and exciting ways to communicate our brand message and value.

- Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics within social platforms, customer engagement platforms (such as Intercom or Braze), and Google to optimize content and drive results.

- Social Media Savvy: Stay ahead of social media trends and engage with the influencer community. Your passion for social media will help us build a strong online presence.

- Outreach and Publicity: Assist with outreach efforts to enhance our online visibility through article features, speaking engagements and more.

- Autonomous Workstyle: Ability to be proactive, work independently and take ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- High Attention to Detail: Ensure all communications are accurate, polished, and aligned with our brand standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a specific marketing communications role.

- Proven track record of producing high-quality copy across various platforms and formats.

- Strong analytical skills with experience using social platform analytics

- Experience with Intercom or similar and Google Analytics.

- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms such as Intercom or Braze.

- Deep interest in social media, shopping, and the influencer landscape.

- Experience with outreach and building an online presence through publicity and article features.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards in all work.

- Ability to create and maintain a consistent brand voice.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
