Customer Service Representative

Contract: Phoenix, Arizona, US

Position Details:

Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 2 - Contingent

Duration: 06 months (With possible Extension)

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85282(Hybrid)

Shift: Mon - Fri (8am-4pm Monday through Friday with a monthly Sunday rotation)

Pay range: $18-19/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:
  • This position will be handling a combination of 60-80 inbound and outbound calls a day.
  • Will deal with a variety of different needs including but not limited to fraud, payments, adding card holders, adding admins, disputing transaction, etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience (no retail or restaurant experience unless you have an existing relationship with the candidate and can speak on their abilities)
  • Inbound and Outbound calls
  • Multitasking skills (can talk on the phone while entering notes to the computer)
  • Communication skills
