**SUMMARY:**

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and lot, receiving inventory, redeployment of used inventory, and physical security over inventory. Establishes inventory procedures and ensures they are followed to guarantee minimal adjustments to inventory due to errors.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.

* Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

* Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with inventory system.

* Conducts physical counts of employee and contractor trucks on a monthly basis, reconciling with inventory system.

* Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees various duties; following up on work results.

* Maintains warehouse staff by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

* Coordinates with operations teams to ensure material requests are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

* Ensures returned material is process appropriately (RMA, scrapped, etc.).

* Reviews warehouse for obsolete items periodically, attempts to find a buyer for items. Scraps items that cannot be sold.

* Ensures the warehouse, lot, and office space are maintained in a safe, clean and organized manner.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

**JOB QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:**

**Education, Experience, Training, and Licenses:**

* High School diploma.

* Forklift certification required.

* 5+ years of experience in a warehouse

* PC Skills requires word processing and email skills, along with the ability to review and analyze reports in company systems. Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to touch-type at 40+ WPM and use a 10-key required.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized with the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

* Ability to operate office equipment, including personal computers, phone systems, and software applications.
