What You'll Do:

OurSales team is responsible for growing market territories through both newclient acquisition as well as increasing existing account relationships. We arelooking for an experienced sales professional who is self-motivated, competitive,and comfortable performing outside/in-person sales calls. You will be asked to grow our Automotive serviceoffering by selling automotive lift installations, related equipment(compressors, lubricant systems) and servicing for the DFW and Little Rock, Arkansas territories.

Here's a glimpse into some of yourday-to-day responsibilities:
  • Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with customers is critical to oursuccess. You'll communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuringseamless coordination and teamwork in our delivery to our clientele. You'llinteract with new & existing customers modeling our D&H Core Values ineach interaction.
  • Maintaining/Growingan Active Pipeline: You'llhave the responsibility to deliver against attainable business developmentgoals, utilizing our Salesforce CRM, leveraging provided leads, and your ownabilities as a hunter to develop accounts (commercial & municipal). A strong desire (along with excellent timemanagement and organizational skills) to win is imperative for the successfulperson in this role.
  • Revenue& Profit Growth: You'llhave the responsibility to deliver/exceed monthly revenue targets, with anunlimited commission potential based upon your success.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • Proven sales experience (5+ years preferred), with a customer-centric focus and an unwavering desire to win.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) as well as displaying a high degree of detailed business development planning. Prior experience utilizing a CRM is strongly preferred
  • Proven business acumen related to understanding customer needs, strong negotiating skills, and a mindset to improve the work of our clientele.
  • Can be located in or around the San Antonio or Austin, TX territories
  • Must be willing to travel (50-70%) and work out of town including overnight stays; amount of travel will vary based upon client needs. Likewise, flexibility in work hours is required
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding, including drug test and background check. (required)
