Outside Sales

A leading manufacturer of glass, catering to a wide range of construction projects across Texas. Prides themselves on innovation, exceptional quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join the team and drive business growth in the San Antonio area.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding the market presence and driving sales in the San Antonio region. You will be responsible for promoting the products and services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. This remote role provides you with a company laptop, cell phone, company card, and mileage reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and maintain customer/client relationships

- Identify potential projects to bid on and add to contractor bidding lists

- Analyze drawings, project specifications, scope of work, and information requests

- Coordinate with the estimating team on quotes and pricing

- Follow up on bids via phone, email, or visits to assess competitiveness, work scope differences, and customer needs

- Negotiate project scope and pricing with awarded General Contractors

- Organize job files for awarded contracts and verify scope and conditions

- Revise necessary documentation for contractor review and approval

- Conduct job site visits as required.

- Communicate with contractors and clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or glass manufacturing industry

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
